3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your ad accounts comply with Google's and Meta's advertising policies.
• You grant LiveLaughMarketing.ai permission to access and manage your connected ad accounts.
• You are responsible for setting appropriate spend caps. The Service will not exceed your configured limits.
• You must provide accurate account information and maintain adequate billing with your ad platforms.

4. Limitation of Liability

LiveLaughMarketing.ai is not responsible for ad spend, campaign performance, or business outcomes. While we optimize in good faith, advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. Payments and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
